Memberships & Service Plans
Memberships for Heavenly Relationships courses listed under the "Courses" tab of our website and plans for services listed under the "Services" tab of our website are non-refundable. If you sign up for any of these plans, you are committing through to the end of your current membership period. If you do not wish to ​​continue your membership into a new membership cycle, please ensure you cancel before the end of the membership period.

Under exceptional circumstances, such as being unable to find a course in your area, Heavenly Relationships may consider a refund for the unused portion of your plan. A decision to do so will be solely at the discretion of Heavenly Relationships.

Products
Eligibility for Refunds:
Items purchased from our Shop must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are applicable within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support at info@heavenlyrelationships.org including your receipt.

Unless the product is confirmed to have a fault or fails to comply with the consumer guarantees, you will bear the cost of returning the product to us.
If the product is faulty, does not match what you ordered or fails to comply with the consumer guarantees in some other respect, we will provide return shipping.
We suggest using a trackable shipping service when returning your items, as we do not accept any liability for goods lost in transit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date of purchase. Late returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.
